Welcome!

Welcome to Caps 'Round the Clock, a blog covering the Washington Capitals and the NHL. In season, I update the Blog after every practice and on game day with Caps news and information, and then provide a recap and analysis after each contest. I also write a periodical Prospect Watch and weekly feature pieces on the state of the Men in Red and other things Capitals. And of course, I will post videos and tidbits from around the League and offer my two cents as the season wears on. In the offseason, I write a Report Card for each player, and will keep you updated on all the news about the Caps through the summer. I'm glad you're here, and hope you come back!

An Interview With Trinity Head Coach Matt Greason

Last month I had the chance to interview the new head coach of the Trinity College Men's Ice Hockey team, Matthew Greason.  Coach Greason has been working with the United States National Development Program for the last two years, coaching players such as Jack Campbell (11th overall in 2010), Jarred Tinordi (22nd overall in 2010), Rocco Grimaldi (33rd overall in 2011), and Jacob Trouba, a highly touted defenseman who the Capitals could pick if they receive a top ten selection in this year's Draft via the Avalanche.  Providing, of course, that Colorado plays poorly enough to warrant such a position in the draft.
Check out the interview below.
